Group Guidelines

Group Times must be pre-booked by calling 250-769-0213. If you must cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to your event. Have your participant list ready upon arrival. Booking for tee times is every 5 minutes.

One person from your group must act as leader/starter to facilitate players onto the course in a timely manner.

One payment by group co-coordinator only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit card or cash. The receipt will be issued to the group leader. Group rates are NOT available with any other coupon offerings or specials.

Group rates are based on the number of players that actually play and not on early reservations. For example, if you qualify for a lower group rate and not enough players show up at event time, you will be charged the higher rate.

Kindly follow course rules. NO alcohol is permitted on the premises. Please enjoy your game and respect others using the course.
